When providing data our system will clean all data fields by removing white space (space, tabs, etc.) and upper casing input data. User names and emails are not case sensitive but passwords are.

A pet is always assigned to an owner and can be assigned to a rescue, shelter, foster or adopter. To transfer a pet to a new owner or record the entities that are caring for it use the Pet Assignment page. You may "choose" an owner or other entity from those in our system that you have access which will set the name and permissions for pet access or "clear" the assignment data using the supplied link to enable a free form data entry field for the name.
You may select the "My Orders" link from the top user menu or go directly to the order search page to access your orders. From there you will find a tax receipt icon alongside each donation that will allow you to print or send the receipt via a number of methods including email and fax.

No. We do not store any credit information on our site. Our credit card processor provides us a methodology which ensures that, other than the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the data never touches our data base. Utilizing this paradigm the credit processor ensures your financial transactions remain secure and in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We store only the last 4 digits so that we may process a refund if you cancel an order.
